Nothing says Summer like lighter fare. One of my favorite things to eat in the Summer is shrimp, and this Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp is one of my go-tos because it’s so quick and easy.
I LOVE lemon and when you add garlic to the mix, you get an awesome flavor combo.
Shrimp is a high protein, low fat/calorie food so it’s easy to add to any salad or accompaniment of vegetables for a night light meal.
Before we get started, let me tell you I have made this lemon garlic butter shrimp recipe for friends and family multiple times, and EVERYONE loves it. I hope you enjoy it as much as they did!
