- ⅓ cup butter divided
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pounds Shrimp peeled and deveined.
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice about half a lemon
- parsley to garnish
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and other spices and cook until fragrant
Fry shrimp and add salt and pepper to your taste.
Cook for about two minutes
Flip and cook for 2 minutes on the other side until the shrimp begin to turn pink.
Add in the rest of the lemon juice, water, and butter.
Stir and cook until the butter melts and the shrimp have cooked through.
Take off heat. Taste test, and add more salt and pepper or lemon juice if desired.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or cauliflower rice.
