- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- parsley to garnish
- toasted baguette rounds
Instructions
Preheat the broiler.
In a small bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, sugar, goat cheese, pepper and garlic.
Place into an oven-safe dip dish.
Sprinkle with more goat cheese
Place under the broiler and broil about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and dip starts to bubble.
Garnish with parsley
Serve with toasted baguette rounds.
