  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • parsley to garnish
  • toasted baguette rounds

Instructions

  • Preheat the broiler.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, sugar, goat cheese, pepper and garlic.
  • Place into an oven-safe dip dish.
  • Sprinkle with more goat cheese
  • Place under the broiler and broil about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and dip starts to bubble.
  • Garnish with parsley
  • Serve with toasted baguette rounds.
