Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 slices stale baguette or white bread
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons White wine vinegar
  • 4 cups of chicken broth

Instructions

  • Peel and smash garlic.
  • Place bread in 1 to 2 cups chicken broth to soak
  • Sautee garlic in pan to release fragrance
  • Place garlic and bread in blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Add olive oil, vinegar, chicken stock, and blend until smooth.
  • Season to taste.
  • Chill at least 2 hours.
  • Serve chilled with slivered toasted garlic to garnish
