Ingredients

  • 2 packs of grape tomatoes
  • 8 oz of fresh mozzarella
  • 1 bundle of fresh basil

Instructions

  • Cut muzzarella into think chunks and place in a bowl.
  • Cut grapeseed tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds.
  • Place tomatoes in a large bowl.
  • Tear basil leaves from their stem and keep them whole or tear into halves or fourths.
  • Add to bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss gently.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
