- 2 packs of grape tomatoes
- 8 oz of fresh mozzarella
- 1 bundle of fresh basil
Cut muzzarella into think chunks and place in a bowl.
Cut grapeseed tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds.
Place tomatoes in a large bowl.
Tear basil leaves from their stem and keep them whole or tear into halves or fourths.
Add to bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss gently.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
