This peach margarita is the ultimate summer drink. It’s made with fresh peaches and puts a little Georgia on my mind! Super easy to make but tastes super fancy. If you want your guests to think you’re a pro at making cocktails, give this one a try!
What do I Need to Make This Delicious Peach Margarita?
- 6 Ripe Peaches, pitted, peeled, and sliced
- ¼ Cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Powdered Erythritol
- 1 Cup tequila (I prefer hornitos)
- ½ Cup Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ Cup Triple Sec
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Got it, So How Do I Make it?
First, you’ll have to make the peach puree. In order to do this, you’ll need to peel, pit and slice the peaches.
Put the peaches in a blender with the orange juice and erythritol and blend.
Mix in the tequila and other ingredients.
To serve:
Pour the mixture in a shaker with ice and shake it like a salt shaker until chilled.
Strain over ice into margarita glass, or strain into a couple glass as pictured.
Serve with lime and a thyme twig, if ya fancy.
