Aioli is a classic French sauce that can be fancy or simple, depending on the ingredients. A very popular variety of it in Europe and North America consists of olive oil blended with garlic cloves, egg yolks (or mayonnaise), lemon juice or vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. The key ingredients for this recipe are mango and habanero. The sweetness from the mango balances out the heat from the habanero to create an awesome flavor sensation that can’t be beat.
