Liven up your next party with this cheesy creamy goodness. Packed with veggies, we might as well just call this one a salad.
Why I love this dip!
If you’re anything like me then you probably find yourself eating way more vegetables as an adult than you did as a kid. Even eating vegetables that you SWORE to your 10 year old self you would NEVER enjoy.
Artichoke and spinach are both on that list for me. In fact, the first time that I ever tried “Spin Dip” was at some sort of chain restaurant many years ago, and it was the description of the cheese in the menu that swayed me to give it a shot.
While I wouldn’t say it was the BEST Spinach Artichoke dip, it was certainly good enough for the to eat it again and again and want to make it even better with even MOAR CHEESE.
Before getting into the goods, I just want to start by saying YUM! With this dip, I typically will just eat it straight, but it’s great with crudite or even crackers or pita chips if you’re doing carbs.
Bring this to your next family gathering. Seriously, I’m telling you, they will be raving about it!
If you’re worried about consuming so much cheese, let me tell you, this dip has spinach and artichokes in it, so it’s basically a salad, right? Haha.
But honestly, spinach is a great source of vitamins. Not only is Spinach is rich in Vitamins K, A, and C, as well as magnesium, b2 and iron, it’s also high in fiber which makes it an excellent for keeping your digestion moving.
The benefits of this hot spinach artichoke dip don’t end there! Artichokes are purported to also be good for digestive and liver health and may assist in lowering blood pressure, AND potentially improve bad (LDL) cholesterol.

If you’re serving this dip at a party, I would definitely recommend utilizing a smaller serving bowl than the baking dish. Ideally, cover it with foul and toss it back in the oven on 325 for 20 mins or so until it’s heated through. PROTIP- whenever I reheat this dip, I stir it back up and add some fresh mozzarella on top.
